DIY Large Angel Wings
I made these large angel wings by first drawing a wing with its feathers on large newsprint paper. I then traced onto wood (some old paneling that I had) and cut out with a jig saw.
When that dried I painted the wings black. I then lightly painted white with a downward stroke to leave the details of the putty feathers. The bottom feathers I used a screwdriver to scrape lines in the white paint exposing the black underneath. I love how they turned out. It was also super easy.
I then, from my drawing, cut out one layer at a time of the wings to use as a stencil and using a putty knife applied putty or drywall mud. You can see my layers of putty on the photo.

Bath Bombs
I made these bath bombs with friends using the recipe from here. We used Easter eggs and silicone molds to shape them. They are amazing in a bath.

Decoupage
I am loving decoupage. I started by painting my items grey then added a second coat of white paint. After it all dried I did decoupage.
My directions for decoupage are to cut out your image close to the edge but not necessary to cut right on the edge of your image.
Glue the image on upside down on your item with Mod Podge. Be sure to remove any bubbles.
When it had dried a few hours run water over your image until the image shows through. Rub with your finger over the paper rubbing off the paper but leaving the image to your item.
When dried after about 10 minutes paint a layer of ModPodge over your image and let dry. I love this. My images came from Graphics Fairy.

Framed Medallions
With directions from artsychicksrule I made these framed medallions but added frames. I love how they turned out.
Updated Shabby Dresser
I removed most of the nasty paint with paint remover then used steel wool to clean it up a lot. I sanded it a little bit and added beautiful knobs from Hobby Lobby. I love how it turned out.
Large Magnet Board
I made the large magnet board by bending 1" around the edges of a roll of metal and clipping the corners so they would bend in. I used a 2x4 to bend the edges. I love how this turned out.
Monogram Wreath
The background wood came from Walmart as well as the monogram letter M. The berries I had and stapled to the sides of the letter M. I stained the letter M. Love how this turned out.
