Elephant Horn

FUN. We made these great horns easily following directions here at Journey into Unschooling. The horn had to be held tight with the straw & tube creating a right angle like pictured to work. We love these. Needed: Paper tube(toilet paper), disposable latex glove, & a straw.

Paper Rockets

With paper wrapped around a pencil you can make a rocket. It flies through the air off the end of a straw. Found this idea here at Heaps of Laundry. They made theirs look like a real rocket.

Squid Dogs

Creative eating. Take a chunk of hotdog, stick dry spagetti noodles through and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes. It comes out looking like a squid or jelly fish. Too amazing. Family Fun has directions here.
